Cuxlin Ha is offering approximately 80 new homes, all with river frontage or access. This is important, as the river is navigable all the way to the ocean, only eight miles away. We’ve had sail boats up to 60’ to the property. Private docks will be allowed.
Cuxlin Ha is a gated, secure community, joined with a Mayan village and the Cuxlin Ha resort. Sited on about 100 acres, there are ample open spaces.

This is just an example of the type of home we are building, custom plans are gladly accepted. The homes are built of concrete and steel, with the
only wood being the doors and cabinetry. All homes have central air conditioning, tile floors thru-out and hand made tile showers. The fully furnished homes (ready to use as vacation rentals) are furnished with all appliances, Amish made furniture and all other necessities, down to the silverware.
All homes for sale in Cuxlin Ha are on the Jacinto (Rio Grande) river or on a as yet to be constructed private waterway. The lots all have frontages large enough to allow a dock and private moorage for all but the largest boats.
